Located in Corporate Park, Noida, The Grey Box by Studio Ezube is an office space defined by its unique space optimization and subtle material palette. 

With the site’s constraints challenging the client’s massive seating requirements, the studio proposed a creative solution of relocating the company’s server equipment onto a mezzanine level – thus resulting in a maximized workspace. The space below the mezzanine was designed into a compact-yet-cozy pantry with seating, while the server room was decked in glass, creating an open and visually striking element that highlights the space. To further fulfill the brief, open-plan seating was adopted to enable optimized circulation. This resulted in the creation of an urbane and interactive office layout, serving as an ergonomic design for its users. 

Covered in a largely mono-toned palette of greys, each pocket of the office space was meticulously crafted to reflect the company ethos. While the meeting room is accentuated by hints of pastels and angled consoles, the Director’s office is characterized by bolder elements and eye-catching accents. Additionally, the cabin partitions are decked in lacquered glass to accommodate whiteboards, resulting in a functional yet aesthetic intervention.  

Paying homage to the industrial aesthetic, the Grey Box presents itself as a fusion of bold geometries, unique resolution, and playful innovation.
